BLOOM'S STYLE OF CUISINE isNUEVO LATINO, a fusion of Latin American inspired dishes, with a North American twist. With 27 Latin American Countries to choose from, plus the influeces that Spain, Portugal and France left in their former colonies, there is an immense wealth of flavors to explore and experience.
Our Chef Pedro Quintanilla, mostlyrelies on his native Cuban mild style of seasoning, which is based on citrus flavours and Sofrito sauces (sauteed onions, garlic, and sweet pepper) and for the last several months, Bloom's guests have enjoyed his culinary creations such as our hottest sellers: Ceviche, Cuban Rosted Pork, Steaks with Chimichurri Sauce, Paellas, Empanadas,thick homey Soups and the kitchen can hardly keep up with the orders of Cassava Fries with Chipotle Mayo dip.
