NEW TEAM READY TO SERVE YOU

We are delighted to welcome a new team to Bloom Restaurant and they include Executive Chef Dale Meek who recently returned home from a few months cruising the Med as Chef on board the luxurious Celebrity Cruises. Also joining the team is Sommelier and General Manager Don Miller and in the front of the house Managing the team is Tanya Kajin.
Chef Meek has just launched a new menu and in the next few weeks a new wine program will be launched.
In September we will be launching our Bon Vivant wine and food pairing evenings.
